Crank up those speakers and select 480p, the final Hong Kong trailer for martial arts fantasy Painted Skin 2 has arrived with a whirl of visual eye candy to keep any fantasy fan more than happy. We have to say the quality of the FX (for a movie outside of the U.S) look outstanding, and another big plus - this being the HK trailer - it’s got excellent English subs.

Painted Skin 2 opens in HK July 5.

Synopsis: According to demon lore, it takes hundreds of years to attain human form. Even then, lacking a human heart, a demon cannot experience the true pains and passions of existence. However, there is a legend that if a pure human heart is freely offered to a demon, it can become a mortal and experience true life.
